I’ve been wanting this dress for quite a while but it’s only available on Etsy. I can’t find the same style here. :( Maybe I should just buy a cloth and look for a seamstress?

Home Office

Published by dothy under Personal January 14, 2012

Our house is more like an office instead of a home. There are two messy work tables, a printer, two big monitors, CPUs and some laptops. If it’s your first time to visit our place, you’ll think that what we have is an office except that half of the area have play mats. It’s messy too because of the toys scattered as the twins and their sister play.

I’m planning to make our house more like an office. I want to buy a white board so that I can list down my tasks for the day, what needs to be done inside the house and for notes for the helpers. I just need to look for coupons like staples coupons available out there so that I can buy it for a cheap price. Who knows? We might need a shredder too in the future.

That’s how our place is, a home office. :)

Ready for School

Published by dothy under Kids Stuff January 14, 2012

My daughter will be going to school next month. It was supposed to be on summer but we found out while visiting different preschools that some allows kids to be enrolled anytime during the whole school year. Thus, I’ll be enrolling my DK for February. She’s also excited to go to school, bugging me about it always.

It’s too soon but hubby and I think she’s ready. It’s me who isn’t ready yet, LOL. But anyway, she really likes to go to school and so be it. I have to think now of snacks to prepare for her. It will only be a three-day school day for now though but most likely on June, we’ll enroll her in a regular five-day school day.

How’s Your Christmas?

Published by dothy under Holidays December 28, 2011

We spent our Christmas at home. Me, hubby, the kids and the yayas just went to Ayala Triangle on Christmas Eve supposedly to hear a mass, but when we arrived there, the guard said that there’s no mass but there’s one in Greenbelt. We then decided to just hear the mass the next day and just walk around the place. We were out of luck then because there were no dancing lights so we just ate at Omakase then headed home.

Christmas Day was spent at home and rest the whole day. We then went out the next day and went to the MOA. Daughter wants to ride the big ferris wheel so we went there in the afternoon. Actually, we were going out every day since Monday. Tomorrow, our plan was to go out somewhere again. On Friday, I plan to buy affordable gifts for coworkers because I haven’t given them Christmas gift yet. On Saturday, it’s most probably market day to buy food for media noche then of course Sunday, is rest day even if it’s New Year.

How about you? How’s your holiday so far?
