The Royal Wedding
Everyone will be glued later in their television to watch the royal wedding of the century this April 29, 2011. Lots of different media stations around the world will cover this event. Here in the Philippines ABS-CBN will have a special coverage and live updates will be given via twitter, Facebook and their website.
Good thing the wedding will begin at around 5pm Manila time. I’m excited to watch and see how Kate will look in her wedding gown. For sure she too is excited. I wonder if she did get enough sleep because of excitement? Me, I didn’t have much sleep the day before I got married. I was lucky I didn’t have zits on my wedding day. Otherwise I would have need quick acne remedies or I would have awkward in the photos.
Going back to the Royal Wedding, are you going to watch it later on? It’s also available in Youtube and I might watch it there while working.

Ford 2011 Supermodel of the World is a Filipina
Another Filipina has make it big by winning an international competition. Danica Flores Magpantay bagged the Ford Supermodel of the World 2011 held in New York City on January 22, 2011. She has won a $250,000 modeling contract from the modeling agency after she has bested aspiring models from over 40 countries.

Danica Flores Magpantay, 17-year-old is a B.S. Fine Arts major in Visual Communication student from University of the Philippines. She’s also a daughter of a model, the 1990 Supermodel of the World-Philippines Lala Flores. It’s like mother, like daughter for them.
Other winners in the competition are Lithuania as first runner-up, Poland as second runner-up and Brazil as third runner-up.
Natalie Portman is Pregnant
I just found out when watching the Golden Globes this morning that Natalie Portman is pregnant. I really am left behind when it comes to entertainment news nowadays. She’s pretty even when pregnant and still looks fit, unlike me, who’s already on a wheelchair when going out, LOL.
Anyway, the actress is engaged to Benjamin Millepied, one of the choreographers from the movie “Black Swan” where she also starred and won the Golden Globes Best Actress.
I am just wondering since she’s a vegan, how does her baby gets the nutrients needed?

Starbucks New Logo for 2011
Starbucks has a new logo in time for its 40th anniversary this year. The new logo doesn’t have the name “Starbucks Coffee” anymore, but the siren symbol remains. This new 2011 Starbucks logo won’t be seen in the stores yet but maybe on March we’ll begin to see it when we buy a coffee.
What do you think of the new logo? Would it hurt the sales of the stores? Maybe not, but I still like the old one.
