Web Designers vs Web Developers

I’ve read an infrographic from sixrevisions.com about their comparison between web designers and web developers. I can’t help but laugh after looking and reading the graphic since what they illustrated are true.

Most web designers like Apple products such as iPhone and MacBook, while web developers prefer Android and buy laptops depending on its specs. Then for the keyboard part, it’s kinda true for my husband since he went to work before to bring his own keyboard since he was complaining that his PCs keyboard will help him have carpal tunnel.

The part about both’s median salary is also true, when the web developers’ salary are much higher than the web designer. But, here in our country, the median salary of most web developers are less than or the same as the median salary of web designers in the U.S., right?

Cebu Pacific Flight Attendant

Cebu Pacific has now a new gimmick and that is, their flight attendants are dancing the safety demonstration. Isn’t it cool? What do you think? I do hope the next time I’ll be on their flight I would see them dancing too!

American Taxi Drivers in the Philippines

Check out the video below of two Americans named Tory and Jason who were in the Philippines to work as taxi drivers after losing their job in the US. The two started a taxi service in Isabela to Cagayan Province charging only 10 pesos per trip.

Tory and Jason have been doing odd jobs in the Philippines in the past seven years.  They have decided to start a video series to honor the country. If you want to suggest what they should do next, you can follow them on twitter. They are currently in the US but will go back in a month to continue their adventures.

Watch the video below of them during their first day on their taxi service. Though they could speak Tagalog, they were not successful to get a passenger even if they tried to offer the service for free. Well, even if its me who will see Tory and Jason, I would also ran away from them, hahaha.
