How to Get Back to Pre-Pregnancy Weight
It’s frustrating to find out that I’ve only lost 12lbs since I’ve given birth. I thought I my weight would be around 130lbs after but when I checked, my weight is 148lbs. I’m thinking because I still have edema so it contributes to my current weight. Now, I must really lose weight by breastfeeding my babies or else, it will be harder to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
I wonder how long before I get back to 110lbs? I just can’t look at myself in the mirror right now because I can’t believe I’m that fat.

hi mommy dothy! i was 110 lbs too pre pregnancy, that was 4 years ago. but now, i’m 123 lbs. i gained 8 kls during and after pregnancy and i breastfed my baby for a month only. it took me a while. but i’ve read a book that your baseline weight is the weight after a month from your delivery date. so i was 60 kls after a month, and that has been my wieght till now, although i lost a kilo or 2 last year… good luck to us! it’s always been our woe, to lose weight! visiting you here!
I gained a lot when I was pregnant and while I lost some pounds already, I am still not happy. Good luck to us!
i haven’t lost all the weight i gained pre-pregnancy and afterwards + it really disappointed me when i found out i gained 2 kilos in the past months..i really need to shed off the extra lbs too:(
but i know with a little heart + discipline we can do this^^
I think losing baby weight can be very hard, My wife has managed it at a struggle but she had alot of help from family and friends.
