What I’ve been waiting for has happened

The day I’ve been waiting for has finally happened! I got the phone I’ve been waiting for weeks! Not only that, I was able to get an ultrasound the same day!

The results both did turn out well thought he ultrasound was supposed to be on August 28th. Why did it happened yesterday then? That’s because I’m having severe pain on the left side of my waist and thought it could be worse so I called my doctor and she had be checked. Good thing the result is okay and I’m so happy about it, more than when I got the cellphone.

So far, I wasn’t able to get extensive use of the phone since my daughter is the one playing with it. I don’t think I would be able to check out the functionalities unless she’s sleeping. Oh well, the only thing I’m waiting for now is payday!

Looking forward to lots of things

It’s just days past August 15th and I’m looking forward already to the last weekend of the month. Not only because it’s payday, but I’m waiting for lots of things.

The first thing I am looking forward to is the new phone from Globe which I got thru loyalty reward, though I still have to cash out some amount. The agent already called me this morning telling me that I will be able to get the phone on August 24th after weeks of waiting. I am excited to get my new phone that I have to call them everyday just to ask when it would be available for pickup. I really hope I would get the phone on the day they said.

Another thing I am looking forward to, more than the phone and more than anything else is my schedule for another ultrasound on the 28th. Can’t wait for what the doctor will see. I’m really praying and hoping that the result will be a good one. That’s the most important thing to me and to my husband now

Lastly, of course I am looking forward to the end of the month because it’s payday! Usually, our salary is given the day before the 15th or 30th but I think it will be given on the 31st.

Anyway, I can’t week for next week to come, but I think the time is running slow this week.

I’ve got a new phone!

Well, I haven’t got it yet but I’ve ordered one from Globe. The new phone I am expecting to get hopefully next week is a Samsung Galaxy S i9000 Android Phone. I originally have wanted iPhone 4g but since it won’t be available yet here in the Philippines until October, I decided to buy a Samsung Galaxy S. For sure the iPhone 4g would also be very expensive here.

Samsung Galaxy S i9000 also have bigger screen size with a 4-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen @ 480 x 800 pixels. As of the moment, it is only available from Globe. I called Samsung Mobile Concept Shop and they said the phone model isn’t available yet. The phone has a price of 32,000 pesos for a unit only while it’s available at a lower prices for new plans.

I didn’t get a new plan but I asked them if it’s okay to get the phone with my existing plan and that I would get it as a loyalty program. I still did have a cash out but it’s better than paying the full price of 32k.

Anyway, I’m excited for my new phone and can’t wait to play with it though I’m sure my daughter would be the the one to get the first hand on the phone.
